Built-in heathers tank

Purpose: The tanks with heathers are rnade for storage of heating oils bitumen and other materials which requires additionai heating, and are underpressure not exceeds 0.5 bar.

Technical data: The tank is cylindrically shaped, made by welding of steel sheet S0361. Dimensions and shape according to JUS.MZ3.01O. The tank includes two holes. On revision hole all connections are located, and other hole Es for mounting of heathers. The heating of tank contents can be provided by steam, boiled water or by electricity. The heathers are removable and made of seamless pipes (S1212) The length of beatbers depend of required temperature and pressure of heating madia. Outer surfaces are corrosion protected by coat of ground color. Additional hydro or therrnical insulation on customer request. Hydro insulation of under grounded tanks is provided by bitumen stripes tested on breakthrough voltage of 14000 V. The over grounded tanks are thermicaly protected with glasswool and aluminum sheets. Tanks with heatbers are available in following types: - undergrounded (U), JUS.M.Z3.010 - semiundergrounded (PU)! JUSM.Z3.026/i - over grounded (N), JUS.M.Z3.022
