Countercurrent heat exchanger

Purpose: Counter current beat exchanger have wide purpose in heating and refrigerating area, for hot water preparation, vapor condensation and heating of liquids andgases.

Technical data:Heat exchanger from our production is classical exchanger with reverse flow of fluid. Primary fluid can be hot water or saturated vapor. The exchanger are 16 bar operating pressure.The shield of exchanger is made by welding of steel sheet S.1204. Pipe registers are made of seamless steel pipe S.1212 or cooper piper bended in U shape and embedded in pipe wall. Connections for inlet and outlet of fluids allows easy pipe register removal. The basic dimensions of exchanger in relation to heat surface are in schedule. The larger excbanger, or with higher operating pressure or temperature isto be designed on customer request. Each exchanger is followed by inspection certificate (cold water pressure test, X-ray control ... ), as well as certificates for base and additional materials, welders certificates and guarantee.
