Industrial boiler

Purpose: The boilers are to be used for preparation of hot technical oe sanitary water with max temperature of 90 degrees and operating pressures of 6, 10 and 16 bar. Industrial boiler are designed in two version, horizontal and vertical with volume of 150 up to5000 liters.

Technical data: The boilers are made by welding of steel sheet. Main dimensions and fittings sizes are given in schedules, depends of boiler type. The water heating is trough warm or hot water or by using of low or high pressure steam, trough pipe register. The pipe register is located inside vessel, and is made of seamless steel pipes or cooper pipes, tested under cold water pressure according to proper regulations. Delivery of combined hot water-electrical or electrical only heating is possible (power of heater on customer request). The boilers are corrosion protected inner as well as outside, by proper primer.On customer request other sizes of boilers can be delivered. In this case the drawing as well as positions of fittings and connections, operating pressure, temperature of water have to be defined.
